Through the history mentioned by Shin Chaeho, the capital relocation and aristocrats.

Today, I'm reminded of the failure of Seokyeongcheon Stream, the "first great event since the millennium history of Joseon" by Danjae (Shin Chae-ho). Even though history repeats itself... King Shinmun, who had a strong tendency to reform after the unification of the Three Kingdoms, failed in 689 while promoting the transfer of the capital from Gyeongju to Dalgubeol (currently Daegu). Historians say that King Shinmun's Cheondo viewed it as an opportunity to weaken the power of the Jingol noble and strengthen the royal power. However, the Jingol forces strongly opposed King Shinmun, who had an attempt to change the ruling class at the time. In the end, Silla tried to find balanced development of the country with five small fields across the country, but the central government's control weakened and collapsed.   During the Goryeo Dynasty, monk Myocheong persuaded King Injong, the 17th king of Goryeo, and sought to transfer the capital from Gaegyeong (Gaeseong) to Seogyeong (Pyongyang). Myocheong, which is said to be better in terms of feng shui, began to build Daehwa Palace, a palace, at the executive station of Seogyeong, but the West Gyeongsang Cheondo was ruined by the people's rejection of the conservative Kim Bu-sik clan.   Myocheong's theory of the principle of Qingjegun and the theory of the punishment of Geumgukjeong were expressions of national spirit based on the spirit of independence. Historians explain that at that time, Seogyeongcheondo Island was the result of internal strife within the powerful class, political and ideological conflicts, but if Seogyeongcheondo had been made, there would have been a major change in Goryeo history. Shin Chae-ho said, "If Myo Cheong's Seogyeong Cheondo was successful, Joseon history would have progressed in an independent and progressive direction."   Gwanghaegun considered Cheondo Island in 1612. This is because Lee Eui-shin claimed in the appeal that "Hanyang's support has weakened, causing a series of wars and reversals in the Imjin Year, so it is right to move it to Gyoha."   Gwanghae-gun carried out civil engineering work in Gyoha (Limjingang Estuary) despite opposition from some conservative mediators, but when the Ming Dynasty attacked Hugeum and asked for support, it was forced to stop because it could not cover the finances.   King Jeongjo, a reformer more than 200 years ago, began moving the capital Hanyang to Mars in February 1794, with the lead of a man's supply of water. At that time, the capital of King Jeongjo, Cheondo, caused a backlash from Hanyang vested forces, which showed strong cohesion in politics, economy, and military. Eventually, since the winter of 1795, rumors have circulated in the royal court, and King Jeongjo eventually gave up the Hwaseong Cheondo in 1976 against public opinion that "the financial aspect and the printing of the people should be emphasized." In 2004, the Roh Moo Hyun regime...  These are probably written by later historians. The Gangnam real estate market is wriggling again... I can never express my respect to the judgment of the judge of the former court who respects p.s. Except for Judge Kim Young-il, who was on the other side, I can only hear what they thought. Logic is a mess and it seems to be a sewn judgment. It's embarrassing to study the Constitution. I think it's scarier than the enemy if the learned man, the common speaking elite, leads the country wrong.
