In 1611, scholar Lim Sook-young asked about the issue of bungdang and the improvement of the public payment system in the past final examination, but the Queen and concubine intervened, saying, "Why don't you give problems with real big troubles and ills?"It strongly criticizes the actual situation of wages such as bribery and emphasizes the opening of the media and self-discipline of wages. The examiners selected this article as a general, but Gwanghaegun, who did as he did, orders the cancellation of the state examination. Then, many servants, including Yeonguijeong Lee Deok-hyung and Jwauijeong Lee Hang-bok, rose and the king eventually passed the state examination four months later. ('Answer the question of the book. times') Gwanghaegun is a king who was branded as an abandoned child in the Joseon Dynasty. In the era of Noron dictatorship, Song Si-yeol, the leader of Noron, made an offer to the deceased King Shinjong and Uijong by building a hermitage called Hwanjangam in Hwayang-dong Valley, and his disciples made an offer there after Song Si-yeol's death. In such a country where King Sukjong couldn't overcome the coercion of the Sarims and barked and raised his head in Changdeokgung Palace, Gwanghaegun was only a man like a rich man who abandoned righteousness. People often discuss media politics and public opinion politics during the Joseon Dynasty by looking at Lim Sook-young's books. In his book, he also discusses the greatness of public opinion politics contained in Bungdang politics. Even in the era of divine rights and the era of the king's existence, the premise of the king is prohibited. But should we really look at it like that? Is Lim Sook-young's book a problem to see the pain of the times as the pure passion of a young scholar who feels it with his body? Let's think about the era of Gwanghaegun. In the years after the Imjin War, Joseon became Mansinchang. Due to the loss of binoculars and the increase in wasteland caused by the Japanese Invasion of Korea, the number dropped sharply from 1.7 million to 540,000. The decrease in national tax revenue was found to be a breakdown of national finances, but Joseon could no longer afford to lead the Cho Yong-jo system. The era of people who came after Seong Jong-jo's entry into the people, the frustration of Yeonsan-gun, and the challenges and failures of King Jungjong. Studies have changed to a closed state amid the national crisis that came even before the academic diversity, which can be said to have flourished most through the exhibition period of King Seonjo Elementary School, was completed. Academia began to lose its diversity, and the four major bungdang were dividing the cards and falling into a path of rejection, not compromise. Externally, Japan, which has become too strong, and Joseon, which has yet to be ignored after seven years of war between Japan and the newly emerged losers of the midfield, had no choice but to lead a cliff-edge state for a wealthy powerhouse. And from the standpoint of the king and Gwanghaegun, who lead such a state, the problem of bungdang and the harmful effects of public payment internally were too urgent. However, in a position to speak of the rise and fall of the state, Lim deceived the king with political play based on the bungdang and drove the policy into a political dispute. Is it true that the moral-based rule he refers to was the most important problem of Joseon at the time? Where and what did he do during the seven years of Imran? In one of Lim Sook-young's books, we see the absence of a support base for Gwanghae-gun and the reality of the collapse of the royal authority after the reign of King Jungjong. And we can also see the chaos of this era we are facing.
