Personal Opinion - "Is there no proper leader in Korea?"

 I don't know if the leader who has to set an example should run away first whenever there is a difficult situation in the country, and the general public should come forward whenever the fate of the country is at stake. During the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592, King Seonjo was the first to leave the people as they were, and most of them fought against the Japanese army during the Japanese Invasion of Korea, and even during the Korean War, President Rhee Syngman cut off the Hangang Bridge and ran away under his name. Why? I don't know if there are any foreign prime minister or George Washington of the United States in Korea. Why are there no such leaders in Korea? I understand that even during the IMF, the leadership rarely participated at that time, such as voluntary gold collection campaigns. No one wants to take responsibility, and in Germany, people fall asleep with confidence when they see the lights on in the hall at night, but in Korea, people are worried about politicians and there is no proper leader, so I don't know what the problem is. When will there be a proper leader in Korea?
