Differences between Germany and Japan over past apologies

In 1970, then West German Chancellor Billy Brandt visited Poland and knelt down in memory of the Warsaw Jewish Ghetto victims and apologized for the Nazi atrocities....It is a famous event that led to the first step in forgiveness of Germany, the perpetrator of the affected countries for the atrocities of World War II committed by Germany...As for the sketch, Koizumi, who is forcing himself to visit the shrine without caring about criticism from neighboring countries... Brandt was scheduled to visit the shrine, but kneeling was an unexpected act.In fact, Billy Brandt wasn't a very popular man during the German Nazi era...He was also a man who was driven to death by political opposition to the Nazi and Hitler...However, such a bilibrant did not think that he was not responsible for the atrocities caused by Germany against the Nazi's....Just because the Nazi and Hitler committed atrocities, they don't dismiss it as their own atrocities...I knelt down and apologized because I thought Germany should not avoid the atrocities committed by the Nazi's... ...and Brandt showed such a knee-jerk shock for two purposes...First, to show the German apology for German brutality, second, the Nazi brutality is ultimately Germany's responsibility. This is to make the German people aware of the warning that the Germans must not evade their responsibilities... After Brandt's kneeling incident at the time, public opinion in Germany went against Brandt...The majority of the people around me were not able to express themselves actively because they were conscious of the surrounding countries, but they were ashamed of themselves, and the majority of them were negative public opinion that they had committed Germany's demeanor.I admit that I did something wrong, but I'm still ashamed to kneel down...This is what the Germans think... Billy Brandt knelt down to remind the people of his country who did not truly reflect on themselves. Not only Brandt, but also German leaders have continued to put the brakes on the German people when they show signs of a nationalist shift to the right... But what about Japanese political leaders?  It's going completely the opposite of Germany.

That's why Japan is having a hard time these days. Moreover, he is punished by heaven.
